TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE Corsebar Road, Paisley
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Paisley in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
Corsebar Road, From Strathdon Ave to Moredun Drive.
Reason for Restriction: Carriageway Resurfacing.
vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area. Local and Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative Routes: Temporary Diversion; Corsebar Road/Craw Road/Calside/Stanely Road/B775 Cleniffer Road at Moredun Road and vice versa.
(i) Road closed at Corsebar Drive - Local diversion is Corsebar Drive/Stanely Road/Follow normal direction signs.

(ii) Road closed at Cross Road - Local diversion is Cross Road/Lounsdale Road/Craw Road/ Calside/Stanely Road/Follow normal direction signs.

(iii) Road closed at Clenholme Avenue - Local diversion is Glenholme Avenue/Moorhouse Avenue/Sunnylaw Drive/Brediland Road/ Lounsdale Road/Craw Road/Calside/Stanely Road/Follow normal direction signs.

(iv) Road closed at Thorn wood Drive - Local diversion is Thomwood Drive/Rosewood Avenue/Moorhouse Avenue/Sunnylaw Drive/ Brediland Road/Lounsdale Road/Craw Road/ Calside/Stanely Road/Follow normal direction signs.

This order will be in force on Monday 2nd August 2021 till Sunday 15th September 2021. This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
