Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b)- Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant  

Proposal: Planning permission in principle for the redevelopment and refurbishment, including phased demolition works, of the St Enoch Centre and neighbouring buildings to provide a mixed use development comprising retail (class 1), financial and professional services (Class 2), residential flats (including build to rent, open market sale, co-living, student accommodation and later living (Sui Generis), restaurants (class 3), public house (sui generis), office and business space (Class 4), hotel, apart-hotel and hostel (class 7 and Sui Generis), serviced apartments (sui generis),residential institution (class 8), non-residential institutions (class 10), leisure and culture (class 11) and other related ancillary uses, including temporary and meanwhile uses, public realm (including outdoor performance space), landscaping, car parking, servicing and access and associated works.

Site: St Enoch Centre including land bound by Argyle Street/ St Enoch Place /Howard Street /Stockwell Place /Stockwell Street /Osborne Street and including 47 - 117 Argyle Street, Glasgow.
