Notice of Public Event Related to Proposed Residential Development at Vacant Land, West of 331 Bell Street, Calton, Glasgow, G4
Grant Stafford Borthwick Limited are proposing a residential development of 100 No. 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments with associated parking on Vacant Land West of 331 Bell Street, Calton, Glasgow, G4 and hereby invite all interested parties to view proposals online at

. The proposals will be available to view from 9am on Thursday 9th December 2021 in order to make comment. A virtual chat will then take place between 3pm and 7pm on the same day for a questions and answers session (link on web page).

All comments will however be fully considered by Grant Stafford Borthwick Limited prior to any planning application being made. Following the submission of a planning application, representations related to the application may be made to Glasgow City Council as Planning Authority.
