Disposal Of Common Good Property - Consultation Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 - Part 8, Section 104
In terms of the Community Empowerment Scotland (Act) 2015 Part 8, Section 104 -Renfrewshire Council is considering the disposal of the property listed below which is held by the Council as part of the common good and invites all interested parties to make representations to the Council by 11th May 2022, being 8 weeks from today's date. Please note that all representations will be published.
Property/Site - Land at Bridge Street, Paisley It is proposed to dispose of the land, which forms part Sasine 440/8 & 440/10 Common Good land disposed to the Burgh of Paisley in 1938, to an adjacent owner, to facilitate a terrace and amenity space adjacent to new development while retaining the trees, public open space and the riverside walkway.
