Notice is hereby given that on 7th March 2022 a petition was presented to Glas­gow Sheriff Court by the former director of MS Tiling Specialist Ltd (Company number SC676582) craving the Court inter alia to order that MSTiNng Specialist Ltd (formerly having its registered office at 1/2, 73 Burndyke Square, Glasgow, G5I 2NW be restored to the Register of Companies in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkefvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 22nd March 2022 appointed all persons having an interest; if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
