coastguard, ambulance or police purposes, or to
vehicles while being used in connection with the works. beyond their control. The speed restriction does not
apply to vehicles being used in an emergency for fire
and rescue, coastguard, ambulance or police purposes,
or to vehicles driven by the Special Forces for training
or national security purposes.
