(DISABLED PERSONS' PARKING PLACES) (VARIOUS LOCATIONS, RENFREWSHIRE) NUMBER FOUR ORDER 201*
The Renfrewshire Council propose to consider the introduction of the above Order as required by the Disabled Persons' Parking Places (Scotland) Act 2009 and by the use of Part IV of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers, after statutory consultation.
The general effect being that disabled persons' parking bay/s will have a sign erected and become enforceable by the Councils Parking
Attendants.
Full details of these proposals are available for inspection between the hours of 08.45 and 16.45 Monday to Friday at the Customer Service Centre, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley, PAI 1 BR (telephone enquiries 0300 300 0300).
