Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at site at Machrie Road / Castlemilk Drive, Castlemilk, Glasgow for the erection of a residential development with associated parking and landscaping. A public exhibition will be held in the Lounge of the Castlemilk Community Centre, 121 Castlemilk Drive, Glasgow, G45 9UG on Thursday 25th May, from 2.30pm until 8.00pm. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 15th June 2017 to Jane Meneely, Hypostyle Architects, 49 St Vincent Crescent, Glasgow G3 8NG. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
