TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND)
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at Dale House, 21 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BA, for demolition of unlisted building and erection of mixed use development comprising hotel/hostel with licensed bar, retail (Class 1), financial professional and other services (Class 2), food and drink (Class 3), leisure (Class 11) and public house (sui generis).
A public consultation event of the proposals will be held at Browns Restaurant Glasgow, 1 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1DY, on Wednesday 23rd August 2017 from 2pm until 8pm.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority.
