Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at the site bounded by George Street, John Street, Martha Street and North Frederick Street, Glasgow for planning permission for the erection of a mixed use development, including residential, serviced apartments, student accommodation, hotel, office, retail, food and drink and commercial uses and associated works, with demolition of unlisted buildings and alterations to listed buildings. An open public consultation event of the proposals will be held at Parish Halls, 266 George Street, Glasgow, G1 1QX on Tuesday 08 December 2015 from 2pm until 8pm.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
