Notice under regulation 7(2) (b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at vacant site adjacent to Dover Street and Breadalbane Street, Glasgow G3 for erection of a housing and commercial development comprising 52 flatted dwellings, 6 maisonettes and one commercial unit.

A public meeting will be held on Thursday December 10th from 3.00 PM to 7.00 PM at Glasgow West Housing Association, 5 Royal Crescent, Glasgow G3 7SL. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
