Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at Abercromby Street, Glasgow, G40 for the erection of 55-75 social rented units comprising of 5/6 storey common close flats and 2 storey family houses with associated park and landscaping. A public meeting will be held at the Calton Heritage and Learning Centre, 423 London Road, Glasgow, G40 1AG, on the 10th October 2017, 3pm-7pm.
Further information may be obtained from Thenue Housing Association, 423 London Road, Glasgow, G40 1AG. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 24th October to Alan Gordon, Mast Architects, 51 St Vincent Crescent, Glasgow. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbourhood notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
