Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at Abbeycraig Road, Glasgow, (17/03392/DC) for the erection of 79-84 units comprising of 2 storey houses & flats with associated parking and landscaping. A public meeting will be held at Lochfield Park Housing Association’s Offices, 37 Drumlanrig Avenue, Glasgow G34 0JF. Thursday 22nd February 2018. Between 12pm and 7pm. At the event representatives of Grant Murray Architects & Lochfield Park Housing Association will be on hand to answer questions raised by the attending public. Further information may be obtained from Lochfield Park Housing Association Offices, 37 Drumlanrig Avenue, Glasgow G34 0JF. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 2nd March 2018 to Curtis Hold, Grant Murray Architects, 30 Bell Street, Glasgow, G1 1LG, 0141 553 1999. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbourhood notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
