Miriam Atwood joins in the conversation and lends her opinion on all things Edinburgh Fringe, and the trio discuss how Brexit will affect the annual festival.
Phil also chats to Muriel Gray, chair of the board of the Glasgow School of Art, about a report released by the Culture Committee of the Scottish Parliament.
