Surveyor Gordon McGregor has joined Lambert Smith Hampton from Montagu Evans where he was a graduate surveyor in retail and office agency, specialising in city centre offices.

Mr McGregor previously spent one year with British Waterways in an asset management role and is a graduate of the University of Glasgow with a Masters in Real Estate and Regeneration.

He will work alongside LSH’s director of office advisory, Aasia Mohammad, across Glasgow city centre and the west and central regions of Scotland.

Mr McGregor said: “The combination of a shortage of Grade A space available in the city centre and a healthy level of occupier requirements is prompting numerous high quality Grade B refurbishments and consequently, Glasgow is a very dynamic market.

“I’ve joined the office advisory team at a particularly exciting time and we are currently handling a large number of very varied instructions across the city centre market.”

Aasia Mohammad, director of office advisory in Lambert Smith Hampton’s Glasgow office, said the firm is "well prepared to meet the demands of the market thanks to our ongoing investment in young talent like Mr McGregor".
