The Clyde Gateway and the Edinburgh BioQuarter are among projects to be pitched internationally in a new push to attract investment to Scotland.
The Scottish Cities Alliance said it will today launch its biggest Investment Prospectus to date at the newly opened V&A Dundee highlighting the potential investment across the country.
The Clydeside regeneration is among those projects described as investor-ready in the new prospectus that will by pitched worldwide, having already seen £1.5 billion worth of investment, alongside the
BioQuarter, the major biomedical, medical and science research campus adjacent to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.

The event, sponsored by Robertson, one of the largest independently owned construction, infrastructure and support services groups in the UK, is designed to show the range and scale of what cities have to offer investors, intermediaries and other leading decision-makers.
Jonathan Guthrie, director for strategic public partnerships at Robertson and speaker at the event, said: “Scotland has a successful track record for being a stable, long term investment location.
"This is still very much the case. By presenting strong, well developed opportunities to the market, there is no reason why investors will not continue to choose Scotland well into the future.
"We look forward to continuing our close, productive relationships across the country to develop and deliver these opportunities, creating local jobs and strong communities.”
He said: “Investment in cities is essential for the development of the economy and our communities. The alliance is the collaboration of Scotland’s seven cities and the Scottish Government working together to promote the country’s economic potential around the world.
John Alexander, chair of the Scottish Cities Alliance, said: “The propositions featured in the new Investment Prospectus offer investors many opportunities in a broad range of sectors to work with our vibrant and modern cities.
Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Infrastructure, said: “By working collaboratively through the alliance, our seven cities have demonstrated over the past year they can be highly successful in attracting international investors to Scotland.”
