Independent Oil & Gas chief executive Andrew Hockey
Directors of North Sea-focused Independent Oil & Gas have rejected a takeover proposal by RockRose Energy which valued the firm at £26.6 million, the suitor has revealed.
RockRose said shareholders in Independent should be given the opportunity to consider the merits of a potential offer at that valuation.
