RECRUITMENT firm Eden Scott grew revenues by 13 per cent to £13.5 million in the year to March 31 from £12m in the preceding period.

The company noted it won significant contracts from clients in the renewable energy industry and public sector bodies such as the National Health Service during the year. Privately-owned Eden Scott grew its technology team to meet the increasing demands of the data science, biotech and life sciences sectors.

The firm, which has its head office in Edinburgh, said it made a healthy six figure profit in the latest year, without elaborating. It made £0.4m profit last time.
