GREENOCK-based Sandy and James Easdale, owners of McGill’s Bus Service, have clinched a third major property deal in 18 months.

The brothers have acquired a 10,000-plus square foot warehouse on Port Glasgow Road for £685,000 plus VAT. The building is currently occupied by Travis Perkins on a long-term lease.

Sandy Easdale said: “We’re pleased to complete this latest deal to add to our commercial property holdings in Greenock. The building is located on a main arterial route and is already providing a good yield from an established tenant.”

The Easdales have invested more than £6 million in property deals in the last year and a half.
