A property firm has won planning approval to build a 394-bedroom student housing development near Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium.
York-based S Harrison will build the development on a site that once housed a furniture showroom.
Development director David Clancy said the much-neeeded student housing would transform a brownfield site and bring economically-active new residents into the area.
