BOLT Learning, a Scottish corporate online learning and training sector specialist, has joined forces with Sponge UK Limited, a custom digital learning solutions company.
The businesses have been brought together by Scottish entrepreneur Billy Allan’s Aliter Capital, a UK support services investor, to create a major new force in the learning technology market.

Glasgow-headquartered Bolt Learning, acquired by Aliter in June, said Plymouth-based Sponge designs and develops digital learning including eLearning, learning games, motion graphics, interactive video and immersive technologies.
