A window manufacturer expects to create around 80 jobs over the next three years after securing £2 million growth funding from BGF (Business Growth Fund). Livingston-based Window Supply Company will use the funding to support a big increase in output amid strong demand for its products.

The company expects to more than treble staff numbers, to 125.

The business was founded in March last year by industry veterans Duncan Murray, Martin Linden and Ron Hepburn.

Patrick Graham of the bank-funded BGF said the window firm had developed ambitious but achievable growth plans.
