AS HOMES (Scotland) has signalled its intention to expand despite the economic uncertainty as it hired a senior figure from McCarthy & Stone as its new finance director.
Simon Donaldson has arrived from the retirement home specialist amid a flurry of personnel changes at the housebuilder. AS Homes has promoted finance manager Gillian Quigley to company director, while James Loughrey and Ainslie McCrone have joined as senior quantity surveyor and sales and marketing co-ordinator respectively.
Managing director Paul Kelly said “we are cautiously optimistic that we can continue to expand our offering”.
