SCOTTISH agritech business Intelligent Growth Solutions will host one of the largest groups of Saltire scholars ever taken on by a single company of its size, providing placements for nine interns under the programme run by Entrepreneurial Scotland.

The Saltire scholar internship programme aims to develop the next generation of leaders for the nation by providing high-quality placements in Scotland and around the globe.

Entrepreneurial Scotland said IGS was “taking a long-term view beyond the disruption of Covid-19”. It described IGS chief executive David Farquhar as a “leading innovator in the vertical farming space ”.
