A Highland townhouse featuring a restaurant which has been operated by its current owners for two decades and five-bedroom accommodation has been put up for sale.
The property in the Sutherland town of Dornoch is currently home to Luigi Restaurant.
The restaurant recently reopened fully following the easing of the coronavirus lockdown.
The property is being marketed by Strutt & Parker with an asking price of offers over £625,000.
Strutt & Parker said it offered a great lifestyle opportunity.
