EAST Kilbride company Concept Northern, established in 1996 by husband and wife Andrew and Louise Tasker, has been bought by Warrington-based PAM Group, which said the deal would add £2.5 million to its annual revenues.

PAM Group said Concept Northern, which it noted offers neurodiversity assessments and assistive technology for people with conditions such as ADHD, Asperger’s Syndrome, dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism and Tourette’s and has 20 staff, would bring a “new specialist service” to its business.

The Warrington firm, which was advised on the deal by accountancy firm Hurst, provides occupational health and wellness services to the public and private sectors. It has around 600 staff and raised its turnover to £30.1m in 2019 from £24.1m in the prior year. The purchase price was not disclosed.
