MORE Scottish employers have reporting increased productivity benefits from home working compared to last summer, new CIPD research finds.

It said employers are now more likely to say that the shift to home working has boosted productivity, (39 per cent) than they were in June 2020, when it was 30%.

CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development said the findings are part of its new report looking at how organisations can learn from ways of working during the Coronavirus pandemic to make a mixture of working at home and in the workplace a success.
