Autumn is in full swing and London Fashion Week is now behind us. The vibrant colours, trends and accessories of the SS15 collections were to die for but now we need to look to autumn fashion and beauty trends, skin tricks and products to look and feel just as good as we did in the summer sun.

Here's my top ten beauty and fashion must haves and news for October:


Lavazza coffee

Lavazza is one of the official LFW sponsors and has been for over 12 years. If you're a busy fashion-loving lovely and work frantic hours there's nothing better than a fab Italian coffee and if its good enough for LFW its good enough for me. This season the brand has also collaborated with designer Holly Fulton. For those of you who prefer decaf it also has a fabulous decaf so while you get the smell and taste of the finest Italian coffee you can benefit from your choice of regular or decaf. RRP is £3.50.

Topman exclusive

Fashion label American Freshman has collaborated with the founder of online youth broadcaster SB.TV Jamal Edwards on a line of hats, available exclusively at Topman from October 9. The collection includes three baseball caps and two reversible buckets hats in colourful prints such as animal, check and camouflage as well as plain classic styles. Each product is embossed with a 3Bs logo, which stands for base, body and business. The collection will launch at Topman's flagship store on Oxford Street, London, and will be available online as well as all major UK flagship stores. All hats/caps are £16.

Luxury online retailer THE OUTNET.COM has announced its latest designer collaboration with British brand Temperley London. The limited edition 21-piece collection, which launches on October 7, draws on the design signature of Temperley London's founder and creative director Alice Temperley, and showcases a new focus on day wear. The line includes Temperley London's signature printed dresses and 'honeycomb' wave knits, as well as elegant lace pieces, and tailored jumpsuits and suiting.

Heathcote and ivory hand cream

Personally I love a good hand cream that not only looks pretty but also smells gorgeous. Dorothy Perkins has announced a jewellery collaboration with reality TV star and model Millie Mackintosh. The collection, which launched October 1, is inspired by Millie's family heirlooms and vintage pieces that she has collected while travelling. The line features intricate pendants and semi precious stones, statement necklaces with crystal stones and glass drops, collar necklaces in battered gold and ring harnesses. The 23-piece collection includes six limited edition items which are only available online. Prices start at £10.

River Island announces Movember clothing partnership

October sees the launch of a capsule collection from River Island in support of men's health foundation Movember. The charity has collaborated with the River Island design team to create four shirts, with a percentage of the profits donated to the organisation. Designed in-house with input from Movember's Dan Cooper, the line is comprised of Oxford button down shirt styles in 100% cotton. The styles have a button-down collar, Movember 'M' embroidery on the chest pocket, a moustache embroidered on the sleeve gauntlet and a Movember 'M' branded satin tab on the placket. The shirts come in: navy with white polka dot print; lightweight charcoal crosshatch; red, blue and yellow check; and white.
