AS PARTS of Britain sizzles in a summer heatwave, Macdonald Forest Hills Hotel & Spa is helping guests achieve the ultimate summer glow, as it announces a new seasonal addition to its Macdonald Spa Collection.
Partnering with leading luxury skincare brand ELEMIS, Macdonald Hotels & Resorts is offering guests the chance to experience some of the most deluxe treatments around as part of its exclusive Summer Glow Spa Day. On the menu is the ELEMIS Couture Touch – an hour long, full-body experience which both conditions the skin and muscles, leaving guests looking and feeling radiant.
To protect skin from becoming frazzled from the summer sun, guests can alternatively opt for the ELEMIS BIOTEC Blemish Control Facial. A complete facial detox, restoration of damaged skin, and a deep cleanse are just some of the benefits of this indulgent remedy. Using the latest ultrasonic vibration technology, ELEMIS trained beauticians will massage and steam skin to exfoliate and restore moisture levels.
As part of the exclusive Summer Glow Spa Day, available at various Macdonald Hotels until August 31, guests can enjoy either treatment, an indulgent Afternoon Tea and have full access to the facilities for just £69 per person.
If a day just isn’t enough, guests can extend their experience through one of the many spa break packages on offer this summer. From the Spa Break for Two, which includes overnight stay, a choice of 25-minute treatments and full use of the facilities from £109 for two guests, to the Ultimate Spa Break, complete with a two-night stay dinner and breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and a choice of 55-minute treatments, topped off with a bottle of Prosecco from £279 for two guests.

Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
