The Spence, Gleneagles Townhouse
The Spence is unveiling its new brunch offering this month. Served from 12noon to 3pm, on the last Saturday and Sunday of every month, guests will be treated to a vibrant feast, from the seafood buffet to the dessert room and live music. The Brunch Club starts with a refreshing mimosa or bloody Mary with snacks at the table, followed by an unlimited seasonal buffet-style selection of starters including Scottish shellfish and seafood, cured meats, breads from Company Bakery, cheeses from I.J Mellis and classic and modern salads. The main event focuses on traditional seasonal favourites including Scottish leg of lamb with lamb fat potatoes and roast chicken with peas and gem lettuce.

Rico's
Rico's Ristorante has launched La Bella Vita - an Italian summer brunch from June to August. The finest Italian cuisine, innovative cocktails, and live entertainment will be featured at this new monthly event held on the first Saturday of every month. It serves smoked ricotta ravioli and bruschetta, as well as drinks including Italian prosecco and summer spritz cocktails. Guests can enjoy a two course brunch that includes sharing plates – bruschetta; Arancini; Sicilian olives and Italian cured meats selection. Then a choice of roasted chicken, fregola, hazelnut & wild garlic; North Sea cod, peperonata and courgette or smoked ricotta ravioli, broccoli, chilli and hazelnuts for mains.

Ballie Ballerson
Ballie Ballerson have two boozy brunches on Saturday afternoon bringing you immaculate vibes and guaranteed chaos. Choose between their Game Show Boozy Brunch from 12.30pm, or for the late starters the 90s 00s Singalong Brunch from 3.15pm. Either way, you’ll be lit by 6pm. Expect disco, house, commercial, hip hop, RnB and garage hits.
