This is a super tasty dip! Sweet, salty and rich, this easy whipped feta dip with is the perfect dish for parties and weekend snacks
Serves 2 – 4
Ingredients
200g Feta Cheese
- 1 x Lemon juice & zest
- 180g Greek Yoghurt
- 1 x Garlic Clove – crushed
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper
- 1x 400g Tinned Chickpeas
- 70ml Olive Oil
- 1 x tsp. Chilli Flakes
- 1 x tsp. ras el hanout
- 2 x tsp. Smoked Paprika
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper
- Flatbreads
- Handful of chopped parsley
Method
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5/190c/fan 170c
To begin drain the chickpeas. Give them a slight rinse then place in a mixing bowl. Add the chilli flakes, ras el hanout, smoked paprika and season with the salt and pepper – pour over the olive oil, mix well and roast in the oven for 15 – 20 mins
Put the rest of the ingredients into a food processor, season with salt and pepper and blitz until smooth.
Spoon into a bowl and once the chickpeas are roasted serve these on top. Sprinkle over the parsley and serve with toasted flatbreads.
