Glasgow Caledonians

v Dunvant

Scotland World Cup squad players Shaun Longstaff, David Hilton, and Gordon Bulloch return to action for Glasgow Caledonians today in the Reds Celtic League game against

bottom-of-the-table Dunvant at Broadacre.

Bulloch will be one of the replacements, who also include the Australian-born and Scottish- qualified midfield back Ashley Bond, currently on trial with the Reds.

Missing from the side is scrum half Andy Nicol, who is still

suffering from a blow acquired in the Reds game against Cardiff.

Also not making the trip to South Wales are Scotland World Cup players Glenn Metcalfe and Gordon Simpson, both of whom are being rested.

The Reds know that they must secure a convincing victory against Dunvant, who have yet to break their duck in the Celtic League. Certainly the Reds have the firepower behind the scrum, where Longstaff and James Craig provide exceptional pace on the wing and Tommy Hayes the potential to break the Welsh side's defence.

The Reds will be captained for this match by the former Leic-ester centre Jonathan Stuart, who forms a midfield partnership with former West of Scotland player Ian McInroy.

Meanwhile, Glasgow Caledonians have released Martin Waite and Willie Anderson, as well as one of the Reds' apprentice

players, Dundee High School FP's Alan Brown, to play in a Scottish Welsh League team against an All Blacks XV at Richmond this morning (llam). Team:
