THROUGH for its annual sojourn, the Print Studio has moved to a new location, one offering more elbow room for show. There is a choice of anything from Howson to Houston, Blackadder to Byrne, and the quality is outstanding, reminding us (if we needed it) what a legacy of printmaking there is in Scotland. For added spice, this year also sees some paintings - notably Ken Currie's Reverence triptych and the small still-life perfections of James McDonald. A selection of jewellery and crafts is included, but the real jewels are the prints - Tom MacKenzie's brooding Highland etchings; John Taylor's stark screen prints; John McNaught's stylised linocuts, and the soft delicacy of Ilene Erskine's flower etchings.
