GIL STEVENSON, the head coach, has made two changes and one positional switch in the Scotland women's starting XV for the game against Wales in the Six Nations at Sardis Road, Pontypridd tonight (7pm).

Murrayfield Wanderers' Lucy Millard, the first-choice full-back, returns from an ankle injury for her 20th cap and Gillian McCord, the Watsonians prop, comes off the bench for Lynne Reid (Royal High) , who is dropped altogether.

Richmond's Karen Finday, the former captain, moves from tighthead to loosehead prop to make way for McCord and Gail Russell (Hillhead Jordanhill) comes in for her place on the bench. Melanie Christie (Blaydon) also joins the replacements for full-back Sarah Mears (Watsonians) , who was injured before kickoff last Sunday, and centre Erin Kerr ((Richmond) broke her collar bone after having come on as a replacement.

The No.8, Donna Kennedy, (Worcester) will take her Scottish and women's world record to 88 caps against the Welsh, who have not beaten Scotland for 10 years.
