AROUND 500 fans descended on Kirriemuir at the weekend to rememberAC/DC rock legend Bon Scott.
They came from as far afield as Hungary, Derbyshire and Shetland to witness the unveiling of a commemorative plaque in honour of the singer who died in 1980. He was born in the Angus town in 1946. The plaque was unveiled by Kirriemuir community councillor Dave Milne.
