rugby union Donna Kennedy, of Royal High Corstorphine, will equal the record of 69 caps but is moved from No.8 to wing in the 22-strong Scottish women's squad for their first Six Nations' Championship match away to Wales in Cardiff a week tomorrow.

There are four new caps: Kennedy's clubmates Louise Dalgleish, the only full back listed, prop Lynne Reid, lock Claire Watson, and the back-row Shona Watt (Supermarine).

Another prop, Karen Findlay (Richmond), one of six included with more than 50 caps, has retained the captaincy. Mary Pat Tierney (Watsonians) is moved to stand-off, after 18 caps at centre.
