HERALD and Evening Times photographer Colin Templeton shares life behind his lens in a solo show, Glasgow Negative Positive.

He has brought together his favourite work from a year-long picture project to take a shot a day, with the results now on show at Glasgow Art Club in Bath Street.

He said: "I know Glasgow really well and I am quite passionate about the place. The guys at work started to use Blipfoto where you post a photo a day and it started as a bit of fun.

"The first picture I took was on a mobile phone but I started to get really into it, documenting not the chocolate-box side of the city such as George Square and the School of Art, but more the dark little corners of the place."
