A Scottish TV and film actor turned artist has described his relief after one of his oil paintings was stolen from a gallery.
Charles Jamieson's Newton Ferrers is a scene of South Devon, but was taken by a credit card thief from a Devon gallery.
Mr Jamieson, who was a regular in the 1980s in Take the High Road and has appeared in River City and Ken Loach's film The Angel's Share said: "This has given me a new-found notoriety,
