PORTLAND House on Renfield Street in Glasgow has been acquired by the Topland Group in a £4.5 million deal.
Topland, led by the Zakay brothers, owns a number of properties in the city, and recently acquired The Athanaeum on Nelson Mandela Place for around £11m.
The off-market transaction for Portland House saw Topland buy the property, which is home to a Tesco branch, a dental business and a number of offices over seven upper floors, from Stockbourne Group.
Topland was advised by property consultant Galbraith on the deal.
