The Cove and Kilcreggan Real Ale Festival takes place on September 22
The countdown is on to the 17th Cove and Kilcreggan Real Ale Festival this weekend.
Along with beers from all over Britain, the event, at Cove Burgh Hall on Saturday, September 22 from 12 noon until 8pm, also features home-made food, courtesy of some of the area’s talented cooks, and live music throughout the day, as well as a children’s activity space and an outdoor tented family area.
The festival is the biggest fund-raising event of the year for the community-run Burgh Hall and regularly attracts visitors from all over the country.
Entry is £5 and visitors can reach the event via the hourly Helensburgh-Coulport bus service and the Kilcreggan-Gourock ferry. Full preview on this site later this week.
