Skipper Scott Brown returns to the Celtic side after recovering from a hamstring injury. Leigh Griffiths has been ill and will be assessed but Kristoffer Ajer (hamstring) remains out alongside long-term absentee Nir Bitton (knee).

Charalampos Mavrias goes straight into the Hibernian squad after signing in midweek, but Paul Hanlon (thigh) and David Gray (ankle) are out. Thomas Agyepong, Daryl Horgan, Martin Boyle and Jamie Maclaren will be assessed on Saturday morning.

Hearts have been dealt a double blow with both Uche Ikpeazu (foot surgery) and John Souttar (hip) facing up to five months out injured. Michael Smith is suspended but Sean Clare (foot surgery) is in contention. Marcus Godinho (hamstring), Jamie Brandon (knee) and Christophe Berra (hamstring) remain on the sidelines.

Aberdeen defender Scott McKenna serves the second of his two-match ban. Niall McGinn, James Wilson, Stevie May and Scott Wright return from various injuries, Greg Tansey (groin) is nearing a return but Frank Ross (back), Tommie Hoban (shoulder) and Mark Reynolds (knee) remain out.

Livingston are set to have an unchanged squad despite manager Gary Holt reporting some minor bumps and bruises. Lee Miller and Raffaele de Vita remain out with long-term knee injuries.

New Dundee manager Jim McIntyre will have to assess a number of his players' fitness as he prepares for his first match in charge. Sofien Moussa, Nathan Ralph, Genseric Kusunga, Paul McGowan and Roarie Deacon are pushing for returns following injury but Josh Meekings (hip) is set to be on the sidelines for a while longer.

Murray Davidson returns to the St Johnstone squad after eight weeks out with an ankle injury. Tony Watt is also improving following a foot problem but Steven Anderson (knee) misses out and Danny Swanson begins a two-match ban. David Wotherspoon should overcome a hip problem to feature.

Hamilton boss Martin Canning has almost a full squad to choose from. Defender Alex Gogic and forward Marios Ogkmpoe are both out with long-term knee injuries.

Kyle Lafferty will miss out for Rangers. The striker pulled out of Michael O'Neill's Northern Ireland squad for last week's Nations League matches and the Irish Football Association responded by invoking FIFA's five-day rule, which bars him from facing Hamilton. Scott Arfield (hamstring) and Borna Barisic (muscle) are also out while long-term knee injury victim Jamie Murphy remains unavailable.
