Erskine Bridge smash causes rush hour tailbacks on M8
A crash on the Erskine Bridge is causing major delays on a busy Glasgow road this evening.
Motorists have been warned to expect delays after the accident, which occured at around 4.30pm, closed lane one of two for almost an hour.

The lane has since reopened but drivers are backed out onto the M8 and delays are expected.
Emergency services rushed to the scene, and onlookers reported fire, ambulance and police vehicles in attendance.
