Video: Police converge on Edinburgh property following robbery
POLICE have converged on an area in the west of Edinburgh following a robbery.
Unconfirmed reports state there are armed police in the area.
The incident is centred in a property on Saughton Mains Park.
Several police vehicles and ambulances were seen on the road on Friday.
A police spokesman said: "They are in attendance to an incident at around 2.30pm following a report of a robbery. Officers remain at the scene and we are still there.
"Inquiries are ongoing."
Riot vans were on scene "for transportation".
