People enjoying the changing of the guard on Tuesday morning at Windsor Castle were treated to an adorable addition to the guards, five-year-old George Williams.
Following the procession was George, complete with a home-made uniform decorated with special badges. George’s father Dean regularly brings George from their home in St Albans to Windsor Castle as a treat and says George dreams of being a member of the procession.
He said: “We come to Windsor Castle a lot, George absolutely loves the guards and wants to be one when he grows up. He is well known here, and he’s always looked after.
“We have made him a special outfit and we give him badges for doing things. I’ve made him a badge for being Daddy’s best friend and even for eating his cucumber!”
