Global YouTube star, beauty blogger and makeup artist Jamie Genevieve has become the latest Scottish talent to be served up with the legendary Tennent's Golden Can award. 

One of the country's most innovative success stories of recent years, Clackmannanshire-born Jamie has carved a hugely influential niche for herself as a self-styled entrepeneur building her own business empire and owning her social media presenceas she goes, with over 1 million Instagram loyal followers.

In the last year, Jamie's career has exploded with her own fly-on-the-wall documentary about her life on the new BBC Scotland, at the age of just 25-years-old.

Tennent’s serve up the legendary Golden Can to the most deserving Scottish icons across the globe in film, TV, comedy, music, sport and all other areas of Scottish culture. Jamie will be in the company of other cultural legends like Irvine Welsh, Martin Compston, Biffy Clyro, and Karen Gillan in the Golden Can Hall of Fame.

On receiving the award, Jamie Genevieve said: “I can’t believe it - I’ve been a long time Tennent’s drinker and out of all the awards I’ve been nominated for this definitely feels the most fitting.

“It’s so cool to join the ranks of the Golden Can Hall of Fame. My dad will be so proud!”
