Fire crews are tackling a well-developed blaze at an old university campus in Glasgow.

Emergency services raced to the former University of Strathclyde building in Jordanhill on Southbrae Drive at 3.57pm to find a 'well-developed' fire.

Black smoke can be seen billowing from the building from as far as the city's southside.

Firefighters remain on scene, with four appliances in attendance.

It is believed the building is set to be demolished to make way for 400 new homes.
