Man dies in 'suspicious' incident in quiet Glasgow street
A man has died from serious injuries in Knightswood, Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to Hermitage Avenue at around 10am on Saturday morning to reports of a man with serious injuries.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police told The Evening Times the death is being treated as suspicious.
A large section of the area has been cordoned off, with Hermitage Avenue blocked from Thane Road.

A post-mortem examination is due to take place to establish the cause of death, and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
