Police in Glasgow have launched an investigation after a woman was sexually assaulted after a concert in a city park.

The 32-year-old was attacked following the Foo Fighters gig in Bellahouston Park at around midnight on Saturday, August 17.

Police Scotland confirmed that their investigation into the incident is continuing.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Enquiries continue following a report of a 32-year-old woman having been sexually assaulted whilst attending an event in Bellahouston Park at around midnight on Saturday, August 17."

US rockers Foo Fighters played to a sell-out crowd at the event after The Cure on Friday night.
