Glasgow is set for a month of public processions after the council approved 14 marches for the next three weeks.

The plans come after a major police operation was launched at the weekend to deal with an Irish Republican march and Loyalist protestors.

Police confirmed over 1,000 people took part in the march, with 11 people being arrested - including a 14-year-old boy.
