A £1.7 million apartment over-looking a landmark Edinburgh building is about to be made available for rental at an expected cost of £5,000 plus a month.
The three-bedroom apartment forms part of the Crescent development on the site of the former Donaldson’s College near Haymarket station.
The A-listed building was a children’s hospital and school and its most recent use was as a school for deaf children.
Tay Letting has been appointed to market the apartment, which it said could be the most sought-after in Edinburgh.
